Concept Design

We regard this as one of the most important stages in product design. After consultation with you to get a better understanding of your ideas requirements we quickly develop hand/digital sketches and photorealistic renderings of your product concept exploring different design possibilities bearing in mind your budget.

Full 3D Models:

Interactive 3D Models simplify complicated concepts, which are difficult to visualize. Concepts and ideas, which cannot easily be represented in words or even through illustrations, can be easily created and viewed from different angles on 3D models. 

Technical Documentation, Patent and Production drawings

We provide detailed assembly, manufacturing and production drawings. We can output this data in various formats to suit our client's needs. 

Physical and mechanism simulation

Motion Analysis enables us to size motors/actuators, determine power consumption, layout linkages, develop cams, understand gear drives, size springs/dampers, and determine how contacting parts behave.

This results in a quantitative reduction in physical prototyping costs and reduced product development time. It also provides qualitative benefits such as the ability to consider more designs, risk reduction, and the availability of valuable information early in the design process.

Finite Element Analysis (Stress Analysis)

FEA is used to solve for stress, displacement, temperature, and non-structural problems in various industries. Simulation technology provides design engineers with the right tools to make better decisions, which results in better products, lower costs, and faster overall time-to-market.

Marketing & Presentation Material

We can provide:
Photorealistic renderings – Aid in communicating your design intent with great visuals that explain your idea easily the first time.
We create animations - can be used for Presentations, Website etc.
Assembly Instructions & animations - This includes customer/workshop and product manuals.

Prototype and Manufacturing Services

Depending on the complexity of the product we can provide prototypes and aid in sourcing prototype / production manufacturing services. This allows our clients to have the support an experienced engineer during the manufacture of their products.

We can also provide SLS/SLA rapid prototyping / 3D Printing with an average turnaround of 2 weeks depending on the prototype material.

Product Development

• Need to patent your new product?
  If you have a fully designed product, and want to bring it to the market then a patent application is important.  While entirely optional, it can serve a very good purpose, and will ensure your ownership of the product into the future. Patent applications need to have a completed design in order to be successful, showing how your design is original and what function it fulfils. Caesol can provide the detailed drawings and bills of material necessary for a successful patent application.
